Tropical Fruit Salad Mandala

Looking at this scrumptious mandala reminds me of a plate of fruit salad with fresh yellow cling peach slices, creamy white cottage cheese sprinkled with blueberries and topped with a swirling blueberry sauce, all sitting on a bed of fresh torn lettuce. Of course it is really made up of triangles, flowers and abstract designs!
